Better Living Demonstration Park

Translating standards into real-life experiences

What defines a “better home”? Safety, durability, comfort, sustainability, intelligence, and affordability—these national-level standards ultimately need to translate into real-life living experiences.

The Better Living Demonstration Park transforms these abstract concepts into immersive, walkable environments. Featuring seven themed spaces—including entertainment, wellness, storage, work, and social living—it presents tangible solutions tailored to diverse household structures and lifestyles.

After years of development, this segment has matured across design systems, manufacturing, delivery, and installation services. Brands now balance premium aesthetics and craftsmanship with standardized processes and digital traceability, effectively addressing traditional challenges such as long lead times and delivery uncertainty.

These solutions address long-term living needs over the next 10–30 years, offering forward-looking answers to the challenges of an aging society.
